  • SES Light...one more time

I've had a highflow cat for about 9 months now. It was only about 0ne month ago where the SES light came on. I bought a new 02 sensor and had the code deleted but the damn light came back on in about a month so I don't know what to do....help please.

Did you get it checked to make sure it was from your cat?

why? You should have just bought an O2 sim...buying a new sensor wasn't going to fix the problem

I'm not sure about the gas mileage issue but FYI the SES light was NOT TRIGGERED by a faulty O2 sensor. It was triggered because it's reading a different reading then from what the stock cat would typically reproduce.

you need an o2 sim that will trick the computer into getting the right readings

Where cam I get one. I'll check on the For Sale section but any direction would be nice. I guess It hooks up exactly like an 02 sensor.Oh well, I think I needto do more homewok on this. Thanks for now.
