  • odd question...

is it possible to have a nice sounding exhaust, but be able to muffle the sound when needed? such as coming home at 4 a.m. and not wanting to wake the parents/neighbors?

turn off the car, throw it in neutral, and roll on home.

Coming back at home around 4am??!! ouch!! Not much you can do about the exhaust sound except the cutout which was said. but that just basically makes it go from loud to louder. Only thing other than that would be just don't nail the gas and just try to coast back home in the neighborhood. try to keep it to a min.

I come home at like 2 am with the loudmouth and my neighbors don't really care I just drive as quiet as I can. But I guess since everything I wind up doing is loud, they're used to it. The LM isn't one you'd want to get if you want to be "stealthy" with your exhaust. Cutout seems like your best bet
