you are prolly gonna get yelled at for posting about this without searching but ill help you out. I cant say much about the rumbler since I dont own one but I can tell you about the loudmouth. If you want something loud, go with the loudmouth. I got mine from ftpp.net and had it welded up at the local meinike for $130. Some people will tell you the loudmouth sounds ricey but thats only like if your neutral revving or something. Under load the loudmouth to me sounds very mean and agressive but if you're at like 4,500 RPM and you let off and let it coast, it sounds like a whole lot of popping and backfiring eventhough its not really backfiring. If money wasn't a problem, i'd recommend the Borla stainless steel system but for around $500, i'd go for the loudmouth.

Not so, its just not as loud as some other mufflers. If you want it loud either go with a LM or a cutout.

I had a rumbler and high flow cat. Was too loud for me but sounded great too... nice growl. Right now I am looking to go back stock. LOL
