    Intake Opinions Needed

    i have a 98 3.8L Camaro

    I wanna do something to my intake and i really dont wanna go all out and get both a lid and a CAI b/c i dont have the money. Which is the best bang for the buck and why?::
    -Whisper Lid w/powershot filter
    -Whisper CAI

    I have just done the lid recently and to be honest about all that has seemed to change is the sound.. exhaust is stock and no CAI..

    I have a K&N and have since I bought the car

    I really don't think there is much bang for the bucks that either of these cost..

    best advice is to have a little patience and wait for someone on here to sell their lid.. you can pick one up on the board for 60-70..

      Get the lid first. Then later on down the road, get the ram air kit.

        I'd say get the lid and do the FRA mod. It made a difference on my car. Besides since you live in the northeast you probably get cooler weather, so the CAI could wait. Just my 2 cents.
