At low speeds, like through a neighborhood it sounds like something is rattling back there. Same is when I go over small bumps and slightly rough roads. I think it might be one or both of the hangers that are holding my outlet pipes up but I don't know. Any suggestions on what it is or how to fix it?

Sounds like some squeaky muffler bearings get some WD40 and while the car is on spray it into the muffler bearing lube port (its a hole about 2.5 inch round at the rear of the car)
If that doesn't work check the hangers also check the clamps if you don't have welded system there might even be something loose in the system it self like a penny... there was this kid down the street that liked to put pennies into peoples tail pipes believe me it can happen.

you have to shove your face right up behind the car....its approx 2.5 wide and it will smell preatty bad once you get your nose up in there...make sure your face is directly underneath and the car is running when you spray it in...thats crucial to good lubing on those rattling bearings.3.8L Dk Blue 1998 Camaro

Soon to have 80\'s in the back
