I need a solution. I dont have any money and i have tightened all the bolts as much as possible but i still hear an annoying leak in them somewhere. I dont have enough money for welding new flanges on or anything.

I have the same problem as you.
The only way to fix it is to have the headers welded where the leak is. But In my case (the leak is at the drivers side where it dumps into the Y-Pipe...) I am told it cannot be weled without removing the headers first. Which sucks becuase you have to remove the headers, have them welded, and then re-installed...which costs alot of $$$$...
I just have a cutout now to cover the sound of the irratating leak...since I cant afford to put anymore $ into my car.
Hope this helps. GoodLuck!
