Today I got my dynomax super turbo muffler on my 94' camaro. All I can say is WOW!!! It kicks A** When I bought the car it had a flowmaster 80 series. I thought the flowmaster was great but after a few days I got sick of it, It was way too loud for my liking. I am not dissing flowmaster this is just my personal opinion. I like my car to be quiet and rumbly and the dynomax gave me just that. In addition to the sound of the muffler being great I thought my camaro picked up a lot better with the dynomax. Like I said not trying to offend anyone just my opinion. I would suggest it to anyone that wants a quiet muffler but doesn't want it to be loud like a crap mustang that is trying to get noticed. Just thought I would post this to help anybody out considering putting a dynomax muffler on their car.

I had a Super Turbo Muffler on my Camaro when I bought it in 1997. It sounded great with stock piping and muffler only...I was impressed.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance

Yeah, the dynomax is absolutely perfect it is so mellow sounding. I have to put up with my neighbor across the street from me with his P.O.S. gt mustang with a loud a** flowmaster. It seems that these mustang owners need to make their cars loud so people will think their fast.. LOL Do you ever see a z06 vette with a loud exhaust on it.. hell no the owners know their cars are fast and don't need a loud exhaust to prove it. Just my 2 cents

I put one on a few years ago with dual polished billet tips. Sounds pretty sweet and sounds even better with the cat off(however illegal that may be).
Takes the rasp out. Some people don't like the cat taken off, but i think it sounds fine.2005 Ford Focus ZX3 SE D20 M5 - Modified ;) http://www.knightenmotorsports.com
[ U R L = h t t p : / / w w w . g e o c i t i e s . c o m / h e a r t l a n d _ h e a t _ v 6 ] Heartland Heat V6 [ / U R L ]

Does the Dynomax replace the stock muffler?? Can you set it up so it has dual tips out back?? Do you have a part number?? Thanks... So in order for the 289-17739 from jegs to work i need to buy 2 tips and have someone cut off my old muffler and weld on the dynomax one? And then just throw on the tips? Do i have to order something like jegs part #289-88308 because stock exhaust is 2.25 and the inlet on the muffler is 2.5 or am i wrong?

When I bought my camaro it already had a flowmaster on it so it was already set up for a dual outlet. I ordered the muffler through Jegs than just went up to murrays and got a couple adapter piece pipes and a few clamps and I just put it together that way. But since you want to weld it I would just take it to a shop and have them use a couple adapters which I am sure they already have. You should have no problem with it. It sounds great I think you will be really happy with it. Also, I have my old flowmaster muffler with about 1200 miles on it if anybody is interested...
