  • Wierd Exhaust Noise

So today was biggest cruise of the year in detroit. and i was driving my car for about 5 hours straight and it was fine. well on my way home my exhaust starts making this wierd noise, and i have no idea what it is. i know before i had an EGR leak and that always ticked. so bought some stuff and sealed that closed. so got rid of the ticking, but still was that wierd sound, so checked all the header bolts on the driver side and the far back one was loose and wouldnt tighten.. Stripped so luckily murrays has the right size.. so get home put it on fix it all up all the bolts are perfect.. start it up.. same problem. I cant figure out what the hell this noise is coming from.. heres video copy and paste it into your URL see if you guys can plz help me.

btw i think its ur heat shields, thats ticking, but im not sure, its not a tick, its a rattle. so its either broken chambers in the cat or its a heatshield. just my thoughts. at least thats what it sounded like when u left man.
