  • Please help i need to know about x pipe thanks

    Ok i will have my longtubes on what i need to know is, do i have the x pipe directly attached to the headers or do i run pipe first off each header than have the x pipe attach to the pipe or does the x pipe directly attach to the headers? and at the end of the x pipe do i have my borla bullets directly at the end of the x pipe or do i run pipe directly after the x pipe then have the borla bullets on the pipe? thanks

        Use 3" band clamps, if that is the size of the pipe and you should be ready to go. You can find them at NAPA etc. The bullet mufflers should be a little further down from the band clamps. My brother has longtubes on his T/A with a true duel exhaust (Dr. Gas system) so I know what it should look like. Try band clamps they are cheap, $10.
