Well, after accumulating various bits and pieces of a complete exhaust system, and after driving around with open Y-pipe for a day, it's finally finished. I couldnt be happier with it. Here's the setup: 3" stainless carsound cat, all 3" stainless mandrel bent pipe, 3" in dual 2.5" out crossflow stainless muffler- A Borla Pro-XS to be exact, and finished with SLP Dual-dual angle cut stainless tips. Looks sweet, and it sounds better than any of the exhausts I've heard on a V6. It's very quiet most of the time, under normal driving you hardly hear it- on the highway you dont hear it at all. Get on it hard though, and it starts to scream. It's a very mellow tone, it actually sounds a lot like the Nissan 350Z's exhaust, only deeper. :D The car pulls like a freight train too, all the way through the RPM range. Now, if only this god damn cold weather would go away so I can cruise with the windows down......
