Does anyone know if the 1999 (?) and up intake were ALL throttle by wire, or were some regular old cable type? Anyone got a picture of a newer style intake thats straight AND regular throttle cable?

I don't know of any straight intakes with the cable TB but here's a picture of the 3800 engine with the straight intake and electronic throttle body.
