would it be better than my stock cat with 72k miles on it? how much better? or should i just get a hi-flow cat?

I don't think a z28 cat would work since they are dual cat setups. I think their y pipe primaries where the cat's are, are only like 1.75" wide am I close?
The $50 3" High flow Catco is not a bad deal.
