well the stock z28 exhaust flows better than the v6 and is deffinately not that loud. the headers and y-pipe will add a lot more flow but i would recomend a high flow and larger cat than the stock one. other than that i would guess about 7-10hp from all that. if you do your intake however you will notice even more from your exhaust.
