when it says no air support, does that mean i have to remove my air conditioning? or the A.I.R. system? thanks for the help

When it says does not support AIR, it means your A.I.R. system, not your AC:)

By air support they mean A.I.R as in A.I.R pump what's attached to you're manifold it recirculates the you're exhaust air and recycles it for you're intake it's basically useless.

The A.I.R. system does not recirculate exhaust back into the engine. It is a pump located on the front right frame rail that activates only during certain conditions (such as startup) and pushes fresh air into the passenger side exhaust manifold to mix with the exhaust so that when goes through the catalytic converter, it will come out cleaner.

The EGR system recirculates the exhaust gas, hence the name Exhaust Gas Recirculation.

To remove the air system you will need to disconnect the electrical connector from the AIR pump. You will also need to remove the tube that bolts into the passenger side exhaust manifold and plug it if you are keeping stock manifolds. If you are getting headers, you will not need to worry about plugging this hole.
From there, just remove the piping and the pump from the frame rail. There will be a rubber hose leading to the air intake tract that will need to be removed and the hole on the intake tube will need to be capped. That's about it.

will this effect emmisions? (removing AIR).. and also, is it a good idea to get rid of the EGR system?

It will only affect emissions on a stock exhaust manifold engine. There is not a fitment on the Pacesetter headers for the AIR pipe. You can remove the pump if you want to, but there will not be any probelms with not removing it. You will want to remove the pipe that leads to the stock manifold though

I don't know what that is either... the only things that hooked into my headers was 02 sensor on driver side, 02 sensor and EGR on passenger side... that was it.
