You need a 3" Mandrel pipe to go over the rear axle. Some shops can make one for you or you can order a SLP exhaust install kit. You can find it at TByrne I believe or just order it from TSP.

Incorrect. The 3" s-pipe as it is now being called goes right after the cat before your I-pipe. You can buy it from Texas Speed for $64.99, or any competant exhaust shop can make it for you.

Hey i am still waiting to get mine on... I just ordered a Catco cat a week ago almost... i am getting pissed off. No shops would help me out last weekend cause apparantly no one could make something up to 3 inches. idiots.

i cant wait to get mine on... once i get the cat i am gonna have all 3 inch pipe. I know someone had emailed me to say 3 is too big for my car but oh well. lol

It's not reall too big, especially if you have a cat in line before the catback. You'll be fine, and all the mods you do down the road will pick up that much more power.

Just a question for all of you that have the system on, is it worth it? Not including the sound of the exhaust, assuming that the exhaust sounded the same as stock, would you pay the money just for the performance gains, is the gain in power very noticable?

I noticed that it now switches into 3rd around 40mph instead of normally at 33 or so mph. And you can feel it on the highway when your at a redlight and floor it.

My car with a healthy cam, headers, and all the bolt-ons picked up 14rwhp with the Rumbler. All sound advantages set aside, I'd say it is well worth it for the performance gains. Then again, I might be biased:)

matt told me previously that it outflowed magnaflow which supposedly has some of if not the best flowing mufflers availible so i would think that the rumbler, especially with its straight thru design, would be a very good performance enhancement....thats why i plan on getting it
