does it help any whatsoever to remove your MAF? and if it does, how in God's name do you do it? it's not going to hurt anything to take it off either, is it?

I know that 98+ f-bodies like having the screen out. ask dominic, he's the first to do it and actually dyno test for power gains. he got 5 rwhp and 10 rwtq at peak when he took the screen out. he had it done on his 98 firebird before it got wrecked.2001 Arctic White Firebird<br />More mods than I\'m allowed to list!

the reason it's only really good for the 98+, and for that even, the 99+, is the straightness of the air delievery. If you look at 95-97, there's a few twists and turns, but on the 99+ models, it's straight in. the Z06 vettes are like this, they have no maf screen2011 Camaro LS 6M, in black.
