Ok well I did a search and saw where most ppl seem to be putting their cutouts. I plan on putting a cutout after the cat before the pipe goes over the axle. First question is what you guys think about this cutout? That size should fit fine right, cuz our stock pipes are 2.25". And second, sorry if this sounds dumb, but someone was telling me that keeping the cutout open while stopped is bad for the engine cuz cold air gets in it and thats not good for our engines. Whats all that about? I plan on leaving it open most of the time. Thanks in advance for any help.

Ok thanks. Answered my question about the jcwhittney cutout. Im gonna try going with the flowtech one. Since the flowtech comes in 2.5" they could still put it on somehow right? Thanks again for any help.

EDIT: Oh yea, anyone know where to get it cheaper than $35 from thunderracing.com?
EDIT2: Is there any diff between the one summit has to offer and the flowtech from thunderracing? They look just alike, but its 10 bucks cheaper at summit.

As you've already read, the JC Whitney one sucks. Check out www.quicktimeperformance.com, part # 53001, it's a FlowTech 2.25" cutout, which is the one I got. That's the only place I've ever seen that sells a 2.25" FlowTech. As for cold air getting in... umm... don't worry about that, it's just a myth.
