Borla Catback Help

I was wondering what are the differences between the different borla catback systems.

I have a 96 3.8L and have found catbacks for 98+ 3.8L and 96 5.7L.

Would any of these fit my car and what would be required if modifactions were necessary? Thanks for the help.

I have a 97rs vert, and I bought the ls1 borla catback. It went on with simple modification. I beleive the main differance is the posistion of the hangers on the cars themselves.
