You can get these O2 simulators from us at Texas Speed. Check our website under the LS1 section for the pricing, as it's our old website for now and it is not up to date. I beleive they are $89.99 a pair, so about $45 a peice. Texas Speed and other SPONSORS of THIS website also carry them, and appreciate your support. The best way I've found to keep away from the egr ses code is to do the following. I had to do this when I installed my CIA headers.
1. bought one block of plate for the header hook up to the egr. Even with the block of plate installed chances are you are going to get a leak. The way I found to fix this, is to go to your local parts store(I went to Advance Auto Parts) and get you some V8 paper header gaskets. Get the ones that have the same shape of the block plate(just take the block off plate in with you and hold it up to part of the paper header gasket to make sure it the same size.
2. After buying the V8 header gaskets, cut 2 to 3 sections off of the gasket that is the same size of your block off plate.
3. Install the egr block off plate with the 2 to 3 gaskets that should be right at the same size of the block off plate.
4. Takes care of the leak issue. Next is to add a filter to the egr system.
5. I bought a breather from Advanced. I think it was around $9. I then bought a 90 degree 1/2 to 1/2 inch pvc pipe elbow.
6. Bought some Super Clear Silicone Gasket Maker "Type 7"(maker is VersaChem) also from advaced.
7. Place the Silicon Gasket around one side of the pvc pipe, and around the part of the breather that will be contacting the pvc pipe.
8. Let Silicone Gasket set for 5 to 10 min. before attacing the breather to the PVC pipe.
9. Here comes the fun part. ;) Next place the silicon gasket around the outer area of the other side of the pvc pipe that will be attaching to the metal egr hose. Also, place the silicon gasket around the part of the egr hose that will be attaching to the pvc pipe(note: do not put much silicon on the egr hose, just a littel will do)
10. It will be a little hard to get the pvc pipe to go on the egr hose due to a small piece of the egr hose sticking down, it will fit though. (you may want to try end bend the small piece back a little to allow the pvc pipe to fit better.
11. Next after you place the pvc pipe onto the metal egr hose, place more Silicon Gasket around the area that the egr hose and the pvc pipe connects. This will help bond the two together.
12. Next do not touch anything, it is best to let the silicon gasket set for 12 to 24 hours to allow it to harden.
SIDE NOTE: YOU WILL WANT TO BEND THE EGR HOSE UP A LITTLE. You will want to do this because, when you place the 90 degree pvc pipe on the egr hose that way the breather will be pointing up.
I'm hoping I did not leave anything out. I'll re-read though it later tonight when I get home since I'm getting ready to head out. Buy doing all of this, this allows you to keep you egr system and pull in cold air instead of the hot air from your headers and keeps you away from the SES light.
Also, I'm going to get my friend to bring his digital camara so I can take some pics, I'll try and post them on my website soon.
Any questions just let me know. Sorry for the long post, figured it would be worth posting to keep you guys from paying $45 to $80. And just paying $9 for the breather, about $1 for the pvc pipe(got it from Lowe's), and I think it was $3 or $4 for the Silicon Gasket.2000 V6 Camaro(bought brand new)

You hit it right on the dot. ;)
Forgot to get the part# on the header Gasket. I'll get them tomorrow, well later today when I change my oil. Works great. I took some pics tonight, it will be a few days before I will have them on my website. I'm redoing my website, so it may be a week or so. Don't know, just matters on how much time I have to work on it. 2000 V6 Camaro(bought brand new)
