Like it says, I want to know if theres any area under the car in the exhaust where I can unbolt part of it after the cat but b4 the muffler? I just want to test things for now, and if its a problem Id like to just be able to bolt it back on.

yeah... there is a crossmember held on with 4 1/2 in bolts you can take that down and it a 15mm bolt.
Its a little rough to get on and off, and it clangs around but it can be done.-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251

Why not just install a cutout before the rear axle? That way you can still have exhaust that will not rattle your brains out when you don't want it. Generaly for cutout placement figure it should be about 30" back from the end of the y pipe. Thats an average placement for best average gain.1996 Silver camaro Z28. one way is 100% free, and 100% reversable and will give him what he wanted to try.
and your way will cost him $25 + shipping + $20-60 install, and is not irreversible if he hates it.-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251
