ok, i've got stock exhaust out to a cutout after the axle and a dynomax super turbo muffler... still really restrictive thus my problem. i'm wondering if you can run a 3" pipe into a 2.25" muffler inlet without problems, and if i can, should i?
my options, as i see them, are as follows:
a) if you can run 3" to 2.25" without any issues, that's what i'd like to do: 3" catback and high flow converter.
b) run 2 stock cats (maybe put straight pipes in eventually) and bullets, dump it before the axle.
c) cutout on the y-pipe.
thanks in advance for your opinions, feel free to bust me an IM if you want, dylpyl101.
