well i just came from the shop where i spoke to the owner and he seems pretty competent to do the install. he is very skeptical but says if we can pull it off he's happy to do it.
Concerns:
1. he thinks it will be too expensive and laughed when i said i heard i could get all the parts for around $200-$250. i think this figure is right but i don't remember.
2. his main problem is this: he thinks that the mufflers will hang too low on the car and scrape the floor. i told him you used two little mufflers but i couldnt remember the brand of them.
3. i forgot what you did about the cats and 02 sensor. he doesn't know how he can make both o2 sensors work with the stock ecu. how did you do it?
4. this one i need to know. i want an honest account of the driveability. i have faith in you and the system, but he doesnt as much. he thinks that "just because someone on the internet did it doesnt mean it works well. it could be ****" thats something close to what he said. is it just loud w/ a lot of noise? how loud is it compared to a flowmaster system (i know those are LOUD). how is the sound inside the car. annoying?? overall is it a good idea. i havent been on the board in a long time so if i missed something sorry. also please email me any instructions and pictures you can provide me PLEASE! bobeyteenajah1@aol.com thanks so much for your help man i cant wait to try this and hear it!
