I have a Flowmaster Catback w/ a Flowtech Cutout installed right after the resonator, and it sounds GREAT! It is very DEEP & LOUD! I always leave the cutout open. That resonator really makes the cutout sound like a loud V8, no rice or rasp! If you have a Flowmaster Catback I highly recommend getting a cutout installed right after the resonator! I really want to post a sound clip but I have nothing to do it with. I posted a topic when I got it installed, here it is:

it may sound a little deeper but there will always be atleast a little rasp. i dont care what you do a v6 will always have the rasp, ive seen, had and heard countless v6s with every kind of exhaust made and there is always going to be rasp. its just the way it goes.
