Anyone know how that would sound, and if it would get rid of the rice buzzing I get in the upper RPMs? And I want it to be as loud as the car is now...I don't want it quieter, I just want the buzz gone

In the V8 community, its called "dynomouth." Its very widely accepted and having heard it, its MUCH better than the SLP resonator. I would definatly do it.
is it louder or quieter? and will it sound good on a 3.4?

On onesetup, they straightpiped where the resonator was then put the dynomax right up by the Y pipe and it sounded GREAT. It was quieter and a lot better sounding. When you replace in teh same location, it will be about as loud, maybe slightly quieter but will sound better.
on a 3.4? Honestly, and no offence, I think all 3.4s sound like ****. It will be better than what you have now, but its not going to be some miracle that makes your car sound amazing or anything.
