  • True Duals, Anyone?

    Does anybody have any clips of their V6 with Headers (pref. CIA) and offroad or legal pipes?
    Please tell me your setup if you have one..

    I'll have a set with CIA's within the month (hopefully, if that stupid check would ever get here)... for the moment, I'm planning on true dual 2.5" side pipes, but that may change..

    Edit - Setup I'm planning on:
    CIA Headers
    Dual High Flow Cat's
    X-Pipe
    Mufflers - whatever sounds the best
    Pipes coming out before rear wheels - probably single tips, duals if they look decent.

    If the side pipes just don't work out, I'll go to the back instead with dual electric cutouts before the mufflers, again, whatever sounds the best and quad tips.

      be warned that getting two pipes to go over the axle is going to be a feat in itself...

      most v8's dump at the axle because of this.

          saw something rather cool, a setup that had both pipes going over the passenger side of the axle, looks like it would work too... just another idea [img]smile.gif[/img]

            I believe that is the SLP true dual system. It does sound good, but I am interested in H pipe into dumps [img]smile.gif[/img]

                nah, its not, it was a custom made pipe for hooker headers...

                definitely check cz28's lt1 forum, you will find plenty of information, pictures, etc...
