Hi, the SLP CAI are 50 state legal, although mine doesn't have the CARB number on it. I got it smogged about 6 months ago and the tech looked at the intake and I saw him look at MAF sensor plugged into it and he nodded his head like, "ok" Car passed. You should be fine.Comment

I believe the carb number is E.O.#D-187-12. Mine doesn't have a sticker either, but if you need one calling slp would probably be your best bet.
