          no, it doesnt do any good... in fact, dyno tests have shown a decrease in power brought about by one of those things... i can see that this thing could work in theory, but i just cant see how the swirl effect would stay with all the twists and turns that our intake takes. the turns should pretty much cancel out all the twist that the tornado puts on the incoming air, thus neglecting any positive effects it could have...

            yea tornado is like jamming a rock the size of your fist into your intake.

              i remember watching that stupid infomercial for it. the impala on there gained 18hp from it :rolleyes: . and the guy with the corvette was a complete tool.(but then again it seems most vette owners are tools.)

              i just laughed about it and said what a peice of crap.

              current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it

                    Yeah like they said jet engines use "swirling air technology." Last time i checked those fans compress the air.
