Does anybody know if the K&N intake (57-3041) will fit on a 98 firebird? K&N's site only lists it for 99 and above. I have emailed K&N and just got a generic response saying not to put it on anything they don't have listed as compatible. Has anyone put it on a 98 or know if it will be ok?

98 Firebird 3.8L<br />Only mod so far is a K&N air filter. -
Won't work. 99+ have a straight throttle body, 98- have the angled TB.
Just get a Whisper Lid. ;)Matt
