3" muffler recommendations?

if you have the v8 flowmaster i would prob just stick with that then.

Yeah save even more money and keep the flowmaster, it will sound good as a 3" setup anyway.

I got the flowmaster 3" american thunder with A 3" in and out cat. and I dont like it very much, sounds real good at idle and low rpm,s but to ricy when I get on it so I just had A 3" glass pack welded in today, that helped but I still don't like it! I have spent about $700 and feel rather sick about the hole thing! So I'm wandering if I should go ahead and buy the headers or not? anybody have any advice or comforting words?

Yeah, I'd like to hear that 40, you don't have a clip up do you? - I wish FM would allow you to specify which muffler you wanted with a given catback system. ~ rhodey

the glass pack made it alittle deeper and helped with the ricy sound. I just guess that A six will always sound like A six but I don't understand why then dose a harley have two cyliders and sound so good?

by the way I ment that I have the glass pack in addition to the flow master! welded it in the mid pipe.
