I saw where rksport has the k&n fipk listed for the 3.8. I am assuming that they have a different elbow to make it fit. Does anyone know if this thing from rksport will fit on the 3.8?

it will work on the 3.8, but I would go with SLP a buddy of mine had a K&N intake on his dakota and the plastic cracked. Not saying it will happen on a camaro but i prefer the twin pipe design of the SLPthe black 97 <br /> New favorite Mods: Hptuners, and SLP 2OTL

I have the FIPK from RKSport. The only thing different from the Z28 one is that it includes the 90degree to go into the throttle body. Mine works great, and I haven't had any cracks, etc. Install was a little rough when it came to fitting the big-diameter 90 onto the TB, but it all worked out great. The cost is up there, but I've at saved at least that much in gas since the install (about 3years ago)JN
