Just surfing today and came across on FTPP's site the new SLP Loudmouth Exhaust II. Has anyone heard it yet? Wondering if it is a better balance of aggressive sound and tolerable "noise"!
It is a new product and we have not sold any yet so I don't have any feedback from a customer, but it looks like a good concept. It is a modular exhaust setup so you can get the other muffler and change when you want to.

Do you know how the loudmouth 2 resonator is different from the original loudmouth one? I rwad that they were different.

Well I just bought it, supposed to ship next week some time. Maybe I am the first one?
I spoke with SLP this morning about this exhaust and they are not shipping until the 14th of this month because they are backordered already. I don't think that SLP anticipated the load of orders that they must be getting.

I am desparatley in love with my all original loudmouth! I don't care that I have lost 80% of the hearing in my right ear because of it.
Pilotlite, give us some updates. My loudmouth is more of a novelty exhaust than a real system. It did serious damage to my hearing. It is NOT for everyday driving.

Is the race muffler quieter then the orginal set-up with only the resonator?

Unfortunately no. SLP delayed first shipment of this product until 3/18. My supplier should have it today or tomorrow and I should have it in a week. I guess that's what you get for buying something before it's even made!
