  • SLP Ram Air Question

My dad and I are going to fabricate one ourselves out of sheet metal. Only thing is that all the pictures of it show some rubber-looking pieces. What are those used for?

They're used to seal off everything so as not to interrupt the flow of air.

yea and they are needed, you will have a little trouble with designing one, just remember, you need a heat shield so the air entering can stay as cold as possible. the seals do need to be made also, and you may want to think about getting the whisper lid or slp lid anyways for better flow.

One seal goes in place of the stock air opening but where do the others go?
