there is no such thing as an S pipe

that is the generic term for the section on the I pipe that is in the shape of an s

So if you ask for an S pipe someone will look at you a little funny.

Agreed.. and I believe it was I who created the term S-Pipe back on f-body.net... after I got my B&B I wondered if I was missing that pipe.. It's not really a cat back.. its more like a "s-pipe" back.

NAPA auto parts stores sell new 2.75'' factory v8 piping. (from the cat to the muffler) thats where i got mine, it was about $100. it comes in one piece and the muffler shop said it fit perfectly.

yup it is, 3" mandrel bent, muffler shop had no problem at all putting it on
