I got the 94009 obdII non-california compliant and i just passed my smog a few weeks ago with flying colors. But if you want one from that list, select the appropriate size from the first section on top.

Depends on the smog place. There are stict laws about about which one they allow, but most smog techs can't tell the difference. My technically illegal 3" Carsound Highflow is an OBD 1, but my car needs an OBD2 cat.
It has passed smog twice. Tech didn't even look under the car.
The place I went to, asked me about my intake and all....All I said to him was, Yeah, I'm going to the dealer tommorrow to get that fixed....and....It was on the car when I bought it a few months ago. Just act real dumb. That's all I did, and passed with flying colors.

I have Borla Cat back and Whisper Lid...I passed. Nitrous wouldn't be a problem because they're not going to "spray" while testing. And the place I went to didn't look in my car or anything. Do you're hoses say NOS on them or something in your engine bay? Just tell the guys that those are aftermarket hoses. The headers, I dont know about, but when you bought them they shoulda said had something like SMOG LEGAL or the like. You shouldn't have a problem getting smogged. Like I said, just act dumb when "IF" they ask you questions.
Plus, I think if your car is coming from outta state, you'll get a year leeway or something.
