I just got a dynomax catback installed and the guy who did it wants to run the pipe all the way to the manifolds...My question is before I take it back to him, I want to get headers, more then likely I am going to get the pacesetter headers, will I have to buy a y pipe and an I pipe or can those parts be made by a good exhaust guy? This guy is pretty good so I'm thinkin he could do it pretty well. So will I have to buy the y and i pipes or can they be fabricated? Any info is appreciated!

Y pipe comes with the headers, but most of the time it is not very good. So yes, you can have your guy make you a new one. Also, remember to re-tap the o2 holes on the headers themselves. QC is not that great with Pacesetter.
Also, get the Felpro gaskets for the headers.
If you have the time and money. Buy or have the headers ceramic coated.
