i'm looking for a loud sounding exhaust for my next mod (well really my first mod...but anyway) i'm looking at an cat-back from either Edelbrock or dynomax and i want to gut my cat. This is were my question comes in... how exactly do i gut my cat?

Take the cat off the car completely and find a steel rod or bar that will it into the inlet and outlet. Begine to jam all the metal screens through one side or the other. Mine was already gutted when i bought the car so i don't know how difficult it is.

Take Cat off car.. put on ground so you can see into one side of it..... take 15 pound rock bar.. lift about 2 ft above cat... slam it down.. and repeat untill the cat is completely hollow.. Have fun and watch your toes
