I have a 2.5 inch dynomax catback.Other than that,the exhaust is stock.Which size cat do I need?? Would 2.5in/out work? Do I need air tube or no air tube? The car is a 91 3.1 v6 firebird.

Air tube you will need it unless you plan to swap your manifolds for headers around the same time.
