  • CIA headers w/ current exhaust?

Hey Guys! I have a 1999 3.8 Camaro, I want to get the CIA headers along with the CIA y-pipe. I need to know if the CIA y-pipe will connect with the factory cat? Thanks!

I'm sure it would but, why that would be a major bottle neck in your exhaust

I've heard it said that the s-pipe right off the back of the cat is very restrictive too. You should look into replacing the cat and s-pipe, or having the s-pipe cut off and a less restrictive s-pipe put on.

I put on a catco, and made up a new s-pipe with two 45 degree sections I ordered from J.C. Whitney, at the same time I did the headers.
