I'm thinking of putting headers, high flow cat, and catback exhaust on my car, as well as a CAI. Does anyone think that this is worth it on a V6? I'm sure others have done this, just want to know if i will see any huge gains. Will I lose or gain gas mileage? Also, do you think this will be TOO loud?

I won't be much good at answering your questions but some of the other guys can correct me if I'm wrong. Besides, I'm still learning too [img]smile.gif[/img]
The catback will give you 10-13 horses, and they say the High flo will only gain about 3 or so. Most websites for the CAI's usually claim about 10. Headers, I think are a few horses. I would do headers or cat for the sound more than performance, but i'm not planning for nitrous or blower later on either.

Personally, I'm not going with both high flo cat and headers because I think you lose low end (I can feel some low end lose with the headers on my blazer, anyway) and wanting to go with which ever gives the deeper exhaust note (headers, I think)
Will it be too loud, can't imagine that. My B&B is pretty quiet, but even with the extra set up I can't imagine it being too loud-not annoying.
I didn't notice much gain after putting on my catback, but then again i drove the blazer right before it and I still have stock intake. My brother on the other hand drove it and said he could tell an increase in power.
Is it worth it? hmm, that depends on how much you love your car. A hundred horse power increase won't mean anything if you don't like the car. You'll notice some. Gears and torque converter (or clutch for manual) should put you in the 14's.
