I can only afford one right now. Either CAI or catback. Which would be better?

I loved my exhaust, but in some ways, I wish I had done the intake first.

My exhaust sounded fine, still does, and I really don't have intake mods, I just removed the air silencer and did free ram air.-Eric
2002 Navy Blue Camaro...Striped and Stalled. 35th Anniversary SS wheels
Best ET: 15.384 @ 88.32 on street tires
Project Whitney: Goal, 14.0 1/4 by summer 2008.

Have you had someone drive your car while you listen to it from the rear? I put my stock lid back on one day to take it to the dealer. When he test drove it, I heard my exhaust and it sounded like garbage. This was with the dynomax I had. When I put the whisper lid back on, it sounded so much better. Get a lid man. I believe you are correct (98+ for lids). Go with the SLP CIA or K&N Hi-flow intake. Both will yield similar gains.

You have a flowmaster.
Go with the cold air induction first.
