Everyone has a MAF-T, but I can't find one for a V6. Is the V8 MAF-T compatable? I ain't dropping down a couple of bills without being sure. Help a fellow V6 out.

    Thanx

MAFT is the Mass Airflow Translator which plugs in between your computer and MAF sensor and allows you to tune your A/F ratio. There's also a MAFT+ which allows you to do timing.

Not sure if it's compatible with the 3.8L in the f-body. I know it works with the 3.8L (S/C?) in the Grand Prix. Did you check the sponsers to see if any of them list it?

I just searched yahoo for you.

        Check with this guy:

        http://www.silver3800.cz28.com/

He lists the MAFT as a mod on his 3.8L

Yep there are only two "maft" units. The maft which does maf only, and the maft+ which does maf and timing. They work on the 3.8 f-body. I have one on mine.

Also zzperformance has the "mini-afc" which is less expensive, but I don't have any experience with it. It alters maf readings.
