With the 3.4 I will be runing the 2.8 intake. I am going to port it out but what is the point in porting the upper intake manifold when you can't get to over half of it? I say this because you could port the ports but this would mean the air would expand there but then just get compressed again going into the lower manifold so do you guys think it would be better just to do a full port on the lower manifold?
Thanks
David

you can prot the tb-upper manifold & gasket match while doing it. you're right , not much room to port the upper-mid intakes, but again, port the junction & gasket match. the mid-base has the most potential.vdefinately use the gasket as a template. just DO NOT grind away at the protrusions in the runners in the base manifold, as they will actually help speed up the air coming in. As I said in some earlier post, save up some $$$$$$$ and get the setup extrude honed.
