$600 to spend

I have around 600 bucks to spend on new mods. I was wondering what can I get for my 95 3.4L Automatic that will give me the most horses for less$$$$. I was thinking of getting rid of these crappy magnaflow and getting a SLP Loudmouth kit. I already have two very nice exhaust tips so I really dont need any in a kit. I would like to get a sound clip from someone if they have it. I want to make heads turn when they hear this thing [img]graemlins/omg.gif[/img] . If anyone has a sound clip it would be of much use, thx.

The cheapest way to get a loudmouth on your car is to replace the muffler you have with a Ypipe and two pipes going to each tip... then along the I pipe make a cut and weld in a Dynomax Bullet muffler..

voila, loudmouth el cheao - and will sound better because the dynomax is a better resonator [img]smile.gif[/img]

Can you elaborate on the thing you said about the I pipe, and how do you weld the resenator in? Where can you get one of the dynomax resenators?

What is so bad about the magnaflow muffler? i wanted to get one. is there any real seat of the pants difference with it? if your just complaining about the sound then let me know. i want performance, and also great sound, but i like the look of the magnaflow and want to know how much hp benefit i'll get with one. thanks.

I did notice a little "giddy-up" when I left the muffler shop. The prob is that its to raspy at high RPMs but, at low rpms it sounds awsome. Anythingy above about 3500 sounds like a chainsaw. I hope this helps you, I am looking for performance, deep sound, but yet loud and doesnt sound ricey. I want something that will make heads turn.......... [img]graemlins/omg.gif[/img]
