price for exhaust

i already have a flowmaster 80 muffler and some nice tips, took it to my muffler shop, the guy that i know pretty well there told me $100 to put the stuff on, including all the pipes and stuff. this sound like a good price or too much? by the way, the owner of the place wanted 150 plus tax

I was charged 130 I think to have a new cat, the I-pipe, muffler, tips, etc. welded on.

100 is not a bad price, but perhaps you should consider grabbing an i-pipe and putting it on while your at it?

that's a bit much. I went to a couple places around town and no one quoted me more than $60, I had mine done for $50

I think it really depends on the area you live in....I had several places in DFW quote me $100 or more...but a place north of there (Denison) did it for $70...granted they didnt do the best job...but I got a guy here in Austin to fix what they messed up when I got my badass exhaust tips put on :D
