Today i finally got my 2.75 inch i pipe, and cat put on. I bought the 3 inch U-pipe from jegs and had the exhaust shop flip it into a s-pipe. (I allready had a flomaster 80 with 2.5 inch tailpipes and tips) it all fit together perfectly and i am pretty happy with the sounds. The gains are definitely noticable too. I will soon have sound files to post.
Scroll down for pics.

Was there any special bending required to get the 3" S pipe over the bracket (or support, whatever) that sits right after the S pipe? I'm asking because the shop I went to to get mine done said it wouldn't fit, but I think a little bend would make it fit fine.

The shop is just lazy. It'll work. However, the bracket did rub on my S pipe, but I just got a crescent wrench and bent it down. The rubbing is no more. ;)
