  • Correct O2 Simm That Works

Hello. This pertains to an 2000, 3.8L Camaro

For all of you that have an O2 Simulator that works (no low voltage issues), please provide the supplier name and any contact/part number information.

I did a search and Thunder Racing appears to be the only supplier; however there are posts stating a low voltage issue.

    I greatly appreciate the assistance.

    Thanks

    Dave

someone not too long ago ordered one from summit It was not for the camaro specifically, but the guys from summit said it would work fine. It was designed for another 3800 and cost $50. Can't remember the part number but do a search.

O2 Simms are made by Casper's electronics. We sell them as well. They are 50.00 for the V6 cars. You need to check whether you need a male or female connector and a square or rectangular connector. They just fool the computer into thinking your cats are still installed.

          Thanks Phillip,

I will check it out this weekend. I presume that you are talking abour the wiring to the O2 sensor and not the O2 sensor to the S Pipe.

          Thanks

same basic concept...I'm sure the wires are different colors...but with a multimeter and some time it should work
