Was at the end of the I-pipe. right before the axle.. I got new pipes today and there was a gap between the S-pipe ad the I-pipe.. filled it with the cutout... oh man... you can hear the cylinders pop... more throaty too.. sounds more like a stock Z28 than before.. oh, I got some 2.75 mandrel pipes.... those rock too!
