Does the Z28 exhaust tail off to 2.5 IN? Cause I have my dynomax 2.5" sitting in my room and it's 2.5 ID so the two won't link up perfectly will they?

              NO, it is NOT.

Stock V8 size piping is 2.75", on both LT1/LS1 Fbodies.

The pipe I got off a Z28 is 2.75" BUT, right at the very end of it that goes into the muffler is 2.5".

Well I stand corrected. My past experiences have always been a complete 2.75" pipe. But whatever.
