When I put the spacer on my car once, I used 3" pieces of all-thread and nuts on the front of the threads. This way, you can't buy a bolt that is too long or too short. The all-thread works great, and I made it myself.
To make them myself, I bought a die at pepboys, part # 9727 (1"/25.40mm).

does coolant run from the TB to the upper intake manifold on the 3.8L? it dosent on the 3.4L , no coolant leaking issues here

It dows run to the throttle body in the 3.8. If you only remove 1 (I'd recommend on the fathest from the coolant passage) temporarily (wouldn't drive around without it) you should be okay...

just measure the stock ones and add the lenthg of the spacer.. and about a 16th for the gaskets..

also try to get some stainless steel bolts.. that way they will last longer and wont rust..
