What's up everybody. I'm new to this board. My first question for you all is if anyone knows if anyone makes headers for the 3.4 other than pace setter and RK Sport? The reason I ask is that I've heard that pace setter sucks and the RK Sport ones are rather expensive.

If the RKSport's are of the same quality as the 3.8l headers, they suck too. The RK's are probably still better than the Pacesetter's though, they are notorious for making really really crappy headers. They're like the cherry bombs of headers. ;)

The only other route is custom and that'll set you back a pretty penny. I've heard pretty good things about the pacesetters. I think most people prefer them over the RKSport's. Just be sure to get the ceramic coated ones. I think one of the most common problems is having to get the Y-pipe bent a little to get it to fit with the pacesetters.

I have the ceramic coated Pacesetters on my 3.4L V6 and I don't have any complaints. The coating still looks new, they installed easily and sound great. From what I hear, they are better than the RKSports.

CIA has from what I've heard a kickn set of headers for the 3.8 Go to web page E-mail devil dog and see if they make them, they dont leak like rk's and they are made to order so you dont get the dust and grime buildup from storage, however they cost $675 (with shipping if that helps the deal)I should have some form my 3.8 in a few months.

Pacestter doesn't suck, they make great headers! The only thing that sucks is the lack of coating.Get them Jet-hot coated and they're good-to-go,much better than the RK Sport headers. The fitment on the Pacesetter headers is great!Good luck.

He has a 3.4L - this is not an option for him unless he can get CIA to make a 3.4L set. Just clearing that one up
